Rachel Dyer

Rachel Dyer is a certified NASM personal trainer with a passion for teaching the correct way to perform movements so you can grow stronger and gain the confidence you need to thrive. Rachel was very involved in sports during high school, where she developed a love for functional training. She has been committed to functional training and continuous learning for the past nine years and has been coaching others for the past seven years. Rachel went on to train for and compete in an IFBB bikini competition. Additionally, she has worked in a supplement shop for 10 years, gaining extensive knowledge about various supplements and how they can enhance recovery. Through this journey, Rachel realized that her true calling is to help people achieve their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
