Trainer – CrossFit Level 1 & 2, CrossFit Endurance Certified
Kim is a passionate coach with over 20 years of experience in fitness, education, and mentoring. She holds CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications as well as CrossFit Endurance, and she's been teaching spin and personal training for over 15 years. Kim specializes in strength training, performance enhancement, and helping individuals unlock their full potential.
Her background includes coaching athletes of all ages, teaching physical education, and serving as a life coach and client advocate. Kim's heart for people and ability to meet them where they are makes her a motivating and encouraging presence in and out of the gym.
Outside the gym, Kim mentors young women and enjoys life on her small farm with her family.
